Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development continues its participation in the second phase of the Capacity-Building Programme in Life and Career Guidance for organizations working with youth. The programme aims to develop the capacities of institutions and youth workers while promoting the exchange of international experiences and practices in the fields of guidance and empowerment.
As part of the activities of this phase, Mr. Ammar Al-Rawashdeh, a Board Member of Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development, represented Tahfeez in a study visit to the Republic of Austria, in cooperation with Dama Woss. The visit included a visit to the Austrian Parliament and attendance at a parliamentary session addressing labor and workers’ rights, recent trends in the labor market, as well as key challenges facing workers in Austria and the policies and solutions adopted to address them.
This participation aims to strengthen the exchange of expertise and explore European models in employment and career guidance, while benefiting from practices and experiences that can contribute to the development of youth-focused programmes and initiatives. This supports Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development’s mission of building capacities and enhancing opportunities for youth.
