Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development held an awareness session on workers’ rights and duties, and this session came within the activities of the community capacity building project to improve working conditions in Jordan, implemented by the association and funded by the Danish Refugee Council and the Swiss Agency for Development.
The session aims to introduce workers to work rights and duties, in order to improve working conditions and enable workers to access legal services.
The association also provides free legal advice within legal awareness sessions held by the association, and the project operates within three sectors, namely agricultural, construction and services.
