As part of a community capacity building project to improve working conditions in Jordan, Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development carried out bilateral field visits to employers as part of a decent work campaign to talk about labor law in cooperation with the Justice Center and funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and the Danish Refugee Council.
The campaign aims to familiarize employers with the labor law and their rights and obligations, and to talk about social security and employment contracts in order to achieve job satisfaction and raise the percentage of workers’ commitment to work, and to spare employers from any legal consequences or losses arising from labor lawsuits in order to improve working conditions in Jordan.
