Tahfeez Association for Leadership and Development organized a workshop on planning for social impact and raising social accountability, with the aim of identifying the concept of planning, the correct planning mechanisms and how to plan for a start in institutions, with coach Khaled Al-Fased – responsible for the innovation and social impact unit at Athar Company for Saudi Management Consulting.
The workshop included several topics, most notably:
How to plan the start of a project.
Planning mechanism in institutions and initiatives to start a project.
Creative thinking (thinking outside the box).
Empathy theory.
SWOT analysis form to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges.
