Within the project to enhance youth community participation in Irbid Governorate, the Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development organized basic life skills training of the project to provide integrated services for the most influential youth, with the aim of enhancing youth participation, social integration and building their community capacities. The training was carried out over five days at the association’s headquarters, in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and funded by the World Bank, and included several axes, the most prominent of which were: – Communication. – The concept of thinking and its types. – Think outside the box and make decisions. – Self-affirmation and team building. – Emotional intelligence and time management.
