ahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development organized a training on how to generate ideas for productive projects in cooperation with the Business Development Center (BDC) within the national self-employment program “Ennahdha” with the aim of increasing youth knowledge of how to generate ideas for productive projects and manage them financially to enhance their participation in building entrepreneurial projects.
The training included several axes that focused on building the project idea and managing it financially, The most prominent of these axes are:
– The concept of leadership and the entrepreneurial person.
– How to find an idea for the project and the presence of a problem when thinking about the project and knowing the extent to which the market needs it.
– How to manage my project financially.
– How to find the necessary money to start my project.
Knowing what I own with my project when starting.
– Knowing the project costs and calculating the price of cost producers to determine the selling price.
