Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development organized an introduction to community participation training in cooperation with Joud (the Jordanian Hashemite Fund for Human Development) and funded by SWEDO, to introduce trainees to the process of community development and to talk about human rights and development work curricula, and to provide the trainees with an opportunity to identify the problems they face in the governorate and to reverse a problem What and analysis in infographic designs.

An introduction to human rights and development work approaches, which consist of the charitable approach, the service approach, the empowerment approach, and the rights-based approach.

Practical training on designing an infographic using Canva.
The practical training included identifying the problem of unemployment and its impact on the youth in Irbid Governorate, studying the problem, its causes, effects, and those affected by it, developing solutions that reduce the problem, and to reflect what was produced by infographic designs designed by the participants through the Canva application.
