ahfeez Association for Leadership and Development organized an introductory session within the project of health and community protection interventions in cooperation with the Noor Al Hussein Foundation, to introduce the Nour Al Hussein Foundation and the services it provides, in addition to the places where its centers are distributed in Irbid Governorate.

Definition of diabetes and hypertension.
The mechanism of reducing the symptoms of diabetes and hypertension includes:
– How to follow a proper diet, sleep healthy, and exercise regularly.
The effect of stress and psychological pressure on the disease.
