Mr. Ahmad Shtayat, President of Tahfeez Association for Entrepreneurship and Development, participated, upon the invitation of the Turkish National Agency affiliated with the Presidency for European Union Affairs at the Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in a specialized international program that brought together a group of leaders and representatives of civil society organizations from a number of countries around the world, including Jordan, Türkiye, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, and Tunisia, along with participants from other European countries.
The program focused on developing international partnerships and strengthening cooperation among civil society organizations from different countries, exchanging expertise and experiences among participating leaders, studying successful models and practices, designing initiatives and developing project ideas, as well as preparing and drafting joint project proposals among the participating organizations. The meetings also provided a practical space for building new understandings and laying the foundations for institutional cooperation that can be translated in the coming period into joint projects and initiatives in areas of mutual interest.
This participation comes as part of Tahfeez Association’s approach toward expanding its regional and international presence and partnership network, strengthening its relations with civil society leaders and organizations from different countries, which opens the way during the coming phase for developing joint project proposals, exchanging expertise, and building more sustainable partnerships that contribute to the development of the Association’s programs and serving youth and local communities in Jordan.
