As part of the project to enhance youth community participation in Irbid Governorate, which is part of the project to provide integrated services to the most influential youth, the Tahfeez Association for Leadership and Development organized job skills training over five consecutive days with the aim of enhancing community participation of youth in Irbid Governorate and qualifying them for the labor market. This training came in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and funded by the World Bank and included axes, the most prominent of which were: – Personal skills, including: self-development, communication skills, determining the career path, self-acquaintance. Professional skills include: planning, time management, tasks and priorities, leadership and learning. – Digital skills and the basics of CV work. – Interviews, grooming and work environment. The most important sites to search for jobs. – Jordanian labor law and workers’ rights.
