Within the project to enhance youth community participation in Irbid Governorate, which is part of the project to provide integrated services to the most influential youth, the Tahfez Association for Leadership and Development organized job skills training with the aim of enhancing community participation of youth in Irbid Governorate and qualifying them for the labor market. This training took place over five days in partnership with the Ministry of Youth and funded by the World Bank. The training included the following axes: – Personal skills, including: communication skills, self-development, self-acquaintance, determining the career path. Professional skills, including: planning, time management, tasks and priorities, leadership and learning. Basics of CV work. – Interviews, grooming and work environment.
